Sunkissed Social provides marketing and creative services including, but not limited to:

  • One-On-One Marketing Consulting

  • Lifestyle Photography

  • Professional (business) Photography

All services are provided based on confirmed bookings, consultations, or written agreements.

2. Booking & Payment

All services must be booked through the official inquiry or booking process.

Payment terms will be communicated prior to the start of any service. Certain services may require a deposit or full payment in advance in order to secure a booking.

Work will not begin until payment terms have been agreed upon. Payments made for completed services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, clear communication, and any materials necessary for project completion, including but not limited to brand assets, login access, approvals, and feedback.

Delays in communication, approvals, or providing required materials may impact project timelines and delivery dates.

4. Creative Direction

Sunkissed Social retains creative control over the execution, style, and direction of content and marketing services while working within the agreed scope of the project.

Clients understand that creative work is subjective and final deliverables will reflect the professional style and judgment of Sunkissed Social.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content created by Sunkissed Social remains the intellectual property of Sunkissed Social until full payment has been received.

Once payment is completed, clients are granted usage rights for the agreed purpose of the project unless otherwise specified in writing.

Sunkissed Social reserves the right to display completed work within its portfolio, website, and social media channels for promotional and marketing purposes.

6. Results Disclaimer

Marketing and social media results can vary depending on many external factors. While Sunkissed Social applies professional strategies and expertise, specific results such as follower growth, engagement levels, brand awareness, or revenue increases cannot be guaranteed.

7. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Sunkissed Social reserves the right to refuse, decline, or terminate services at any time.

This may occur if a request:

  • Falls outside the scope of services offered

  • Conflicts with the business values or professional standards of Sunkissed Social

  • Involves unethical, misleading, or illegal activity

  • Creates an unsafe, hostile, or uncomfortable working environment

Sunkissed Social also reserves the right to discontinue services if a client engages in harassment, disrespectful communication, or inappropriate conduct.

If services are terminated, any payment for work not yet completed may be refunded at the discretion of Sunkissed Social.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sunkissed Social and its owner, Sofia Eldemire, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services, marketing strategies, creative content, or materials provided.

Sunkissed Social is not responsible for business losses, financial damages, reputational impacts, or outcomes resulting from the implementation of marketing strategies or the use of content provided.

Additionally, Sunkissed Social is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms or services including, but not limited to, social media platforms, advertising platforms, website hosts, or software tools.

Clients agree to use all services and materials at their own risk.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Sunkissed Social may utilize or recommend third-party platforms such as social media networks, advertising platforms, and website services. Sunkissed Social is not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, algorithm changes, account restrictions, or any actions taken by these third-party companies.

10. Website Use

All content on this website, including branding, design, images, graphics, text, and materials, is the property of Sunkissed Social unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

11. Privacy
